卵巢妊娠1例分析并文献复习

Ovarian Pregnancy: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 目的：探讨罕见卵巢异位妊娠的临床特征、早期诊断、有效治疗方式及可能的相关发病机制。方法：对我院收治的1例卵巢妊娠病例的诊治过程进行报道并复习相关文献。结果：育龄期妇女，因“停经30天，下腹痛7小时”入院，经超声、血化验检测及腹腔镜探查术证实为卵巢妊娠。结论：卵巢妊娠为一种罕见的异位妊娠，尽早明确诊断，积极腹腔镜手术治疗是其有效的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical features, early diagnosis, effective treatment and possible pathogenesis of rare ectopic pregnancy. Methods: We reported the diagnosis and treatment of one ovarian pregnancy case admitted in our hospital and reviewed the relevant literature. Results: Ovarian pregnancy is a rare ectopic pregnancy. Early diagnosis and active laparoscopic surgery are effective methods.
