运用鼓圈技术干预大学生压力和负性情绪的实证研究

摘要: 目的:本研究采用量化与质化研究相结合的方式探索鼓圈技术对减轻大学生压力、改善负性情绪的实证性研究。方法:实验前使用大学生压力量表(SSCS)、正负性情绪量表(PANAS)筛选被试,将被试分为实验组和对照组,实验组运用Arthur式鼓圈引导技术(VMC)进行每周一次,共四周的鼓圈干预,对照组不做任何干预,实验后再次使用大学生压力量表和正负性情绪量表进行实验后测,得出结论。结果:实验组在鼓圈技术使用前后压力得分差异具有统计学意义(p < 0.01);实验组与对照组在鼓圈技术使用后压力得分具有统计学意义(p < 0.01);实验组在鼓圈技术使用前后负性情绪得分差异具有统计学意义(p < 0.01);实验组与对照组在鼓圈技术使用后负性情绪得分具有统计学意义(p < 0.005);实验组在鼓圈技术使用四次前后情绪自评问卷得分差异均具有统计学意义(p < 0.001)。结论:鼓圈技术可以有效缓解大学生压力并降低负性情绪。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Drum Circle technique on reducing college students’ pressure and improving their negative emotions by combining quantitative and qualitative research. Methods: Before the experiment, the subjects were screened with the college students’ Stress Scale (SSCS) and the positive and negative emotion scale (PANAS). The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was intervened with the Arthur Drum Circle guidance technique (VMC) once a week for four weeks. The control group did not do any intervention. After the experiment, the college students’ stress scale and positive and negative emotion scale were used again Posttest. Results: There were significant differences in the scores of pressure before and after the use of Drum Circle in the experimental group (p < 0.01); the pressure scores of the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant (p < 0.01); the negative emotional scores of the experimental group before and after the use of the Drum Circle technique were statistically significant (p < 0.01); the negative emotional scores of the experimental group and the control group after the use of the Drum Circle technique were statistically significant (p < 0.005) There were statistically significant differences in the scores of self-assessment questionnaire before and after using Drum Circle technique for four times in the experimental group (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Drum Circle technique can effectively relieve the pressure of college students and reduce negative emotions.
