重视功能性排便障碍的规范化治疗

摘要: 功能性排便障碍是一种常见的便秘类型，该病发病机制不明，症状复杂多样。随着生活方式和饮食习惯的改变，其发病率有逐年升高的趋势。功能性排便障碍不仅严重影响患者的生活质量，也增加了社会经济负担。因此提高对功能性排便障碍的规范化诊疗具有非常重要的意义。
Abstract: Functional defecation disorder is a common type of constipation, its pathogenesis is unknown and symptoms are complex and diverse. With the change of lifestyle and dietary habits, the incidence of the disease is increasing. Functional defecation disorder not only greatly affects the quality of life of the patients, but also increases the social and economic burden. Therefore, it is very important to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment of functional defecation disorders.
