基于协同育人理念下师范专业实践教学运行模式的研究

摘要: 实践教学是师范生教育课程的重要组成部分,是教师培养的必要环节,也是保障教师培养质量的关键举措。本文首先讨论了现阶段师范生实践教学中存在的重视程度不够、理论与实践脱节、实践形式单一等问题。根据高等教育发展的趋势和社会需求,在协同育人理念引领下,提出了师范生实践教学运行的新模式,建立有效的质量监控与评价方式,以提升师范生的实践教学能力和培养质量。
Abstract: Practical teaching is an important part of the teacher education curriculum for normal students and it is a necessary part of teacher training and a key measure to ensure the quality of teacher training. In this article, problems such as insufficient attention, disconnection between theory and practice, and single practice form have been studied in the current stage of practical teaching for normal students. According to the development trend of higher education and social needs, under the guidance of the concept of collaborative education, a new model of training practical ability of normal students is proposed, and effective quality monitoring and evaluation methods are established. We hope that the educational practice ability and training quality of normal students will be improved.
