摘要: SAPHO综合征是一种罕见的自身免疫性疾病，经常会被误诊和认识不足。我们报道1例本院SAPHO综合征患者，并复习相关文献加以分析，从而增加临床医生对本病的认识，为避免漏诊、误诊及探讨有效治疗方案提供经验。
Abstract: SAPHO syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease, often misdiagnosed and insufficiently understood. We reported one case of SAPHO syndrome patients, analyzed and reviewed the related literature, thus increased the clinician awareness of the disease, in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and discussed to provide experience for effective treatment.
