摘要: 文章结合作者从事管道工程EPC项目的采购工作经验，分析了降低采购成本的关键因素，提出了优化采购成本的几点建议。
Abstract: The article combines the author’s experience in procurement execution of pipeline engineering EPC projects with analysis of key factors in reducing procurement cost, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize procurement cost.
