摘要: 本文描述了EPC采购模式下国际项目采购执行的特点。从市场因素、区域政策因素、质量控制、进度控制和合同签订等方面分析了采购推进过程中可能遇到的风险并提供了适当的风险应对措施。
Abstract: This article defines characteristics of international project procurement execution under EPC mode. It analyses risks that will come out in the process of procurement proceeding in aspects of market factors, regional politics, quality control, progress control and contract signing. It provides proper solution in risk response.
