摘要: 物资采购作为EPC项目管理实施的重要环节,贯穿着设计、施工、运维等多个项目运行阶段。既是承托项目执行始终的基本要素,顺利推进的可靠保障,也是实现项目盈利,按期交付的有力支持。因此,不断提高EPC项目采办管理水平,对于EPC项目管理意义重大。本文从进度管理、索赔管理和沟通管理三方面入手,分析了采购执行中重要环节需关注的难点,提出行之有效的优化措施。
Abstract: As an important part of EPC project management process, material procurement runs through project operation stages, such as engineering, construction, operation and maintenance. It is not only basic element of project execution, reliable guarantee for smooth proceeding, but also strong support for realizing project profit and on time delivery. Therefore, constantly improving the procurement management level of EPC projects means too much for EPC project management. This article analyzes procurement management mainly in three aspects: progress control management, claim management and communication management. It proposes optimized measures.
