摘要: 目的：探究男性强戒人员儿童期虐待、心理安全感、神经质和药物渴求的关系。方法：采用儿童期虐待问卷、药物渴求量表、安全感量表以及中国大五人格问卷简式版对889名戒毒人员进行调查。结果：①儿童期虐待与心理安全感得分、神经质、药物渴求之间均呈显著正相关，心理安全感在儿童期虐待和药物渴求之间起部分中介作用。②神经质在儿童期虐待和心理安全感之间的调节作用显著。结论：儿童期虐待是药物渴求的风险因素，心理安全感是强戒人员降低药物渴求的保护因素，神经质在儿童期虐待和心理安全感之间起调节作用。
Abstract: Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between child abuse, psychological security, neuroticism and drug craving. Methods: A sample of 889 male drug ab-stainers were assessed with Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form (CTQ-SF), Drug Craving Questionnaire (DCQ), Security Questionnaire (SQ) and the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory (CBF-PI). Results: ① Child abuse, psychological security and neuroticism showed a significant positive correlation with drug craving, psychological security exerted a partial mediating effect on them. ② Neuroticism moderated the relationship between child abuse and psychological security. Conclusion: Child abuse is a risk factor for drug cravings. Psychological safety is a protective factor for reducing drug cravings. Neuroticism plays a moderated role between childhood abuse and psychological security.
