浅谈沙特哈拉德管道项目安全管理

摘要: 本文从社会安全管理，HSE培训、制度、沙特项目应急预案演练，HSE管控措施，文明施工与环境保护等方面进行阐述，简要介绍了沙特阿美石油公司在HSE管理方面的典型做法，供工程建设企业提高HSE管理水平提供有益指导和借鉴。
Abstract: This article makes points as below: social security, training, management system, emergency response plan and drill, HSE control measures, civilized construction and environmental protection. This paper briefly introduces the typical practices of Saudi Aramco of HSE management and provides useful guidance and reference for construction enterprises to improve HSE management level.
