疫情后期企业管理学课程教学模式思考
Thinking on the Teaching Model of Enterprise Management Course in the Later Period of 2019 Novel Coronavirus
摘要:
本文通过问卷调研所得数据，针对新冠疫情影响下企业管理学课程线上教学存在的问题进行了研究，分析了该门课程在师生互动、作业及授课平台等方面所存在的问题，针对线上教学存在的问题提出了改进建议，以期为常态性疫情防控阶段企业管理类课程实施线上、线下混合教学模式提供相应的指导意见，从而提高企业管理类课程教学活动的趣味性和学生的学习效率。
Abstract:
Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, this paper studies the problems existing in the online teaching of enterprise management course under the influence of 2019 Novel Coronavirus, analyzes the problems existing in the interaction between teachers and students, homework and teaching platform, and puts forward improvement suggestions for the existing problems of online teaching, so as to provide corresponding guidance for the implementation of online to offline mixed teaching model for enterprise management courses in the normal stage of epidemic prevention and control, and to improve the interest of teaching activities and the learning efficiency of students.
