HZLW型高效节能立式自吸泵在装置中的应用
Application of HZLW High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Vertical Self-Priming Pump in Device
摘要: 某石化公司污水处理场在原始建设初期,污油或含油污水输送全部采用了长轴液下泵,在使用过程中故障频繁,检维修频率高,维修成本大,特别是国内运用这种泵的使用单位发生过事故,针对该泵生产存在的安全隐患及其对装置“安、稳、长、满、优”运行情况的影响,某石化公司在污水处理场改造安装了7台江苏滔海机械制造有限公司生产的HZLW型高效节能组合式自吸泵。泵投运后,消除了安全隐患,机泵运行可靠度提高了,降低了检查维修费用。
Abstract: At the early stage of the original construction, the sewage treatment plant of a petrochemical company used all the long shaft liquid pumps for the transportation of sewage oil or oily sewage. In the process of operation, there were frequent failures, high frequency of inspection and maintenance, and high maintenance cost. In particular, the domestic units had accidents by using this pump. Aiming at the hidden danger in the production of the pump and the influence on “safe, stable, long, full and excellent” operation condition, a petrochemical company installed 7 HZLW high-efficiency and energy-saving combined self-priming pumps produced by Jiangsu Binhai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. After the pump is put into operation, the hidden danger of safety is eliminated; the reliability of the pump is improved; and the cost of inspection and maintenance is reduced.
