Analysis of Group Events and Evolution of Internet Finance

摘要: 近年来，我国互联网金融行业飞速发展，但其恶意竞争、监管滞后的野蛮生长模式，也致使行业内风险矛盾逐渐暴露。企业清盘退市、跑路失联、非法融资等问题的出现，导致互联网金融参与人利益严重受损。由于后续资金追缴困难，相关治理措施不完善等原因，维权诉求强烈的参与人引发了一系列影响社会秩序稳定的群体性事件。因此，对互联网金融类群体性事件进行探析，梳理事件演化流程，显得尤为紧迫。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s Internet financial industry has developed rapidly, but its malicious compe-tition, regulatory lag of the brutal growth model, also led to the industry risk contradictions gradu-ally exposed. The emergence of such problems as liquidation, delisting, running away and illegal fi-nancing has caused serious damage to the interests of Internet financial participants. Due to the dif-ficulty of follow-up fund collection and the imperfection of related governance measures, the par-ticipants with strong demand for rights protection triggered a series of mass incidents that affected social order and stability. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to analyze the Internet financial mass incidents, and comb the event evolution process.
