药品无菌快速检测技术的研究进展
Research Progress of Rapid Sterility Test
摘要:
各国药典现行的无菌检查法存在着耗时长、有部分微生物在常规的培养方法下不生长等问题,因此建立快速的无菌检查新方法,以提高检测灵敏度、准确度、自动化程度,缩短检验时间,补充或替代现行药典的常规检查方法,已经成为国内外无菌制剂的研究热点。本文就核酸扩增、流式细胞、三磷酸腺苷生物发光成像及呼吸作用等新技术在无菌快速检测中的研究进展进行了综述。
Abstract:
For pharmacopeias in domestic and abroad, there are deficiencies in the existing sterility test including long inspection time and some microorganisms unable to grow under routine experimental conditions, etc. It has become a focus of sterile preparation research to establish a new method of sterility test in order to improve its sensitivity, accuracy, automation and also shorten the inspection time. Such research aims to supplement or replace routine examination methods in the current pharmacopeias. This paper reviews the research progress of rapid sterility test by using the advanced technology of nucleic acid amplification, flow cytometry, ATP bioluminescence and respiration in recent years.
