基于关联度分析的在职士官任职培训需求测算研究
Research on the Calculation of Serving Officers Manager Training Demand Based on the Correlation Degree Analysis
摘要:
为解决基层部队对在职士官人才培训需求的测算问题,基于关联度分析方法,找出影响培训需求数量的主要因素,并利用这些影响因素的数据,通过建立数学模型,预测本部门士官人才培训需求数量。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of the calculation of serving officers manager training demand, it, based on the correlation degree analysis, identified the main factors that affected the amount of training demand, and then, it established mathematical model using the factors data. Using this model, it can predict the requirement of serving officers manager training.
