灌注液对白内障超声乳化手术的影响
The Influence of Perfusion Solution on Phacoemulsification of Cataract
摘要: 随着白内障患者人数的日益增加,白内障超声乳化手术的普及,使得术中灌注液的作用越来越引起重视。白内障超声乳化手术中应用的灌注液是一种与房水和玻璃体液的化学成分类似的溶液,它对角膜内皮细胞、晶状体、小梁网和视网膜等眼内组织起到保护作用。因此灌注液的变化与否对眼内组织的结构和功能都会产生很大的影响。在白内障超声乳化手术过程中,选择使用理想的灌注液,有利于防止术中以及术后的一系列并发症,使手术得以顺利完成。
Abstract: With the increasing number of cataract patients and the popularity of phacoemulsification surgery, the role of intraoperative perfusion fluid has attracted more and more attention. The perfusion fluid used in cataract phacoemulsification surgery is a solution similar in chemical composition to aqueous humor and vitreous humor, which protects intraocular tissues such as corneal endothelial cells, lens, trabecular meshwork, and retina. Therefore, whether the perfusion fluid changes or not will have a great impact on the structure and function of the intraocular tissue. In the process of phacoemulsification for cataract, choosing the ideal perfusion fluid will help prevent a series of complications during and after the operation and make the operation complete successfully.
