小学全科教师工作满意度的调查研究

摘要: 为了解小学全科教师工作满意度，选取重庆市102名小学全科教师为研究对象，测量其教师工作满意度。分析结果表明：小学全科教师工作满意度处于中等水平，任教学科数与自我实现呈显著正相关，担任班主任的小学全科教师在工作强度和工资待遇两个维度的满意度较低，小学全科教师工作满意度不存在显著的性别、教龄差异。研究结果启示，应减轻小学全科教师工作负担，科学合理安排教学任务，增加班主任付出回报比，以提升小学全科教师工作满意度水平。
Abstract: In order to understand the job satisfaction of general-subject general elementary school teachers, 102 general-subject general elementary school teachers in Chongqing were selected as the research object to measure their teacher job satisfaction. SPSS19.0 was used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, difference analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the job satisfaction of general-subject general elementary school teachers was at a medium level, and the number of teaching subjects was significantly positively correlated with self-actualization. There was no significant gender and teaching age difference in job satisfaction among teachers. The results of the study enlighten us to reduce the work load of general elementary school teachers, to scientifically and rationally arrange teaching tasks, and to increase the payback ratio of class teachers, so as to improve the job satisfaction of general elementary school teachers.
