以“1 + X”证书为契机,推进高职幼儿发展与健康管理专业建设改革
Taking “1 + X” Certificate as an Opportunity to Promote the Reform of Early Childhood Development and Health Management Professional Development in Vocational Colleges
摘要: “1 + X”证书制度背景下,高职院校应当在以立德树人为根本任务的基础上,将“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的理念贯穿人才培养始终,加强专业建设、深化教育教学改革。高职院校幼儿发展与健康管理专业在教学实践探索中虽然取得了一定的成效,但在进一步的专业深化发展过程还面临各种问题和挑战。将“X”幼儿照护职业资格的技能要求作为人才培养的核心内容,充分融入到幼儿发展与健康管理专业的课程体系和育人过程中去,深化“三教”改革和校企合作,建立校企合作育人、协同育人的长效机制,让“1 + X”证书制度在新时代的高等职业教育发展中发挥最大效用,助推高职幼儿发展与健康管理专业建设的改革发展。
Abstract:
Under the background of “1 + X” certification system, more and more high vocational colleges are not only focus on the concept of “who to train, how to train, and for whom to train” on the process of cultivating students, but also strengthen the professional construction and deepen the innovation of teaching in higher education system. Although it has made some achievements when several colleges attempt to explore the teaching practices in the major of early childhood development and health management, the relevant challenges and implement problems are still existed. Taking the skill requirements of “X” child care professional qualification as the core content of talent training, into the course system and education process of the early childhood development and health management; how to establish long-term collaboration between colleges and enterprises by the innovation of “Teachers, Textbook, and Pedagogy”, as well as how to integrated “1 + X” certification system into the higher vocational education field, which aims to boost the construction and development of the early childhood development and health management.
