摘要: 富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP)注射是一种缓解疼痛和促进伤口愈合的有效方法,因其取自患者自身血液且制备简单而在疼痛治疗中得到了一定的应用。研究表明,注射富血小板血浆对多种慢性非癌性疼痛(chronic noncancer pain, CNCP)有不同程度的缓解和治疗作用。本文即对富血小板血浆在慢性非癌性疼痛临床治疗中的应用及效果进行综述,以期为今后富血小板血浆在慢性非癌性疼痛中应用提供新的适用范围和研究方向。
Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma injection is an effective method to relieve pain and promote wound healing. Because it is taken from the patient’s own blood and is easy to prepare, it has been used in the treatment of pain. Studies have shown that injection of platelet-rich plasma has different degrees of relief and therapeutic effects on many kinds of chronic noncancer pain. This article reviews the application and effect of platelet-rich plasma in the clinical treatment of chronic non-cancer pain, in order to provide a new scope of application and research direction for the application of platelet-rich plasma in chronic noncancer pain in the future.
