摘要: 反致制度虽有局限性，但其价值不容忽视。在属人法中的国籍与住所地冲突有所缓和的趋势下，反致制度应用机会虽减少，但仍具有一定的适用空间。因此，各国法院应在案件判决中结合实际，适当地采用反致制度，从而发挥反致制度之价值。

Abstract: Although renvoi system has limitations, its value cannot be ignored. Under the trend of easing the conflict between nationality and place of residence in personal law, although the application op-portunity of renvoi system is reduced, it still has certain application space. Therefore, the courts of various countries should adopt the renvoi system appropriately according to the actual situation, so as to give full play to the value of renvoi system.
