单纯性输卵管扭转一例报告

Simple Tubal Torsion: A Case Report

摘要: 单纯性输卵管扭转是一种罕见的妇科急腹症。临床表现缺乏特异性，主要症状为持续性下腹痛伴阵发性加重。其治疗以手术为主。为提高对输卵管扭转的认识，避免延误最佳治疗时机。本文报道1例单纯性输卵管扭转后24小时内得到及时处理的病例。患者24岁，因“左下腹痛半小时”就诊于我院，完善相关检查及化验后行腹腔镜探查术，术后病理检查确诊为单纯性输卵管扭转，术后恢复良好。现结合文献复习对本病的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后进行探讨。

Abstract: Simple tubal torsion is a rare gynecological acute abdomen. The clinical manifestation is lack of specificity, and the main symptom is persistent lower abdominal pain with paroxysmal aggravation. The treatment is mainly surgery. In order to improve the understanding of tubal torsion and avoid delaying the best time for treatment, this paper reports a case of simple fallopian tube torsion which was treated in time within 24 hours. The 24-year-old patient was treated in our hospital because of “left lower abdominal pain for half an hour”. Laparoscopic exploration was performed after improving the relevant examination and laboratory tests. The postoperative pathological examination diagnosed as simple tubal torsion and recovered well after operation. Combined with literature review, the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease are discussed.
