“公共危机管理”课程教育教学情况调查研究——基于黑龙江省高校的1147份网络问卷

Investigation and Research on Education and Teaching of Public Crisis Management—Based on 1147 Network Questionnaires of Universities in Heilongjiang Province

摘要: 2019年末至2020年初，新冠肺炎疫情突然爆发，教育部发出“停课不停学”的通知，全国高校变传统教学模式为在线教学模式。在此背景下，为调查黑龙江省高校开设“公共危机管理”课程的必要性，测量学生学习态度及在线学习效果，探索教学模式及改进方法，哈尔滨师范大学项目组开展了本次调查研究。项目组采用了简单随机抽样方法和问卷调查法，分析了黑龙江省“公共危机管理”课程本科生受教育情况，得出五点研究结论，并展望了“公共危机管理”课程的未来发展方向。

Abstract: From the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020, the Ministry of Education issued a notice of “sus-pension of classes and ongoing learning”. National Colleges and universities change traditional teaching mode to online one because of outbreak of Corona-virus pneumonia. Under this context, the project team carried out the investigation in order to investigate the necessity of offering “public crisis management” course in Colleges and Universities of Heilongjiang Province, and the learning attitude of undergraduates on public crisis management in Heilongjiang Province, to test the online learning effect of public crisis management course for undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province, to explore the teaching mode and improvement methods of Public Crisis Management course in Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. The project group used the methods of simple random sampling and questionnaire survey, analyzed the situation of undergraduate education of Public Crisis Management in Heilongjiang Province, drew five conclusions, and pro-spected the future development direction of Public Crisis Management.
