装配式钢结构建筑专用防火涂料研发与应用

摘要: 为了解决现有钢结构防火涂料现场施工影响整体工程周期的问题,本文研发了一种装配式钢结构建筑专用预涂装防火涂料,检测得到其粘结强度达1.49 MPa,涂层厚度4.5 mm时耐火极限2.31 h。通过对涂料粘结强度、抗冲击性能、弯曲性能及耐火极限等指标的测试分析,初步提出了装配式钢结构建筑专用预涂装防火涂料的性能要求。以某装配式钢结构厂房为应用对象,开展了预涂装钢结构防火涂料的应用示范。结果表明,预涂装防火涂料的钢构件在运输、吊装过程中质量良好,无开裂脱落现象,满足预期的产品性能要求。
Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the existing steel structure fireproof coating affects the overall project cycle, this paper developed a pre-painted fireproof coating special for prefabricated steel structure buildings, and the bond strength was 1.49 MPa and the fire resistance limit is 2.31 h when the coating thickness was 4.5 mm. Through the test and analysis of the coating’s bonding strength, impact resistance, bending performance and fire resistance limit, the performance requirements of the pre-painted fireproof coating for fabricated steel structure buildings are initially proposed. Take a prefabricated steel structure workshop as the application object, the application demonstration of pre-painted steel structure fireproof coating is carried out. The results show that the steel components pre-painted with fireproof coatings are of good quality during transportation and hoisting, without cracking and falling off, and meeting the expected product performance requirements.
