应用型中医药专业人才培养质量评价体系的探索

Exploration of the Quality Evaluation System for the Training of Applied TCM Professionals

摘要: 中医药作为中国民族文化和资源的瑰宝，在人类健康医疗中发挥越来越显著的作用，作为中医药产业中最重要的人才输出机构，高等教育的中医药人才质量越发重要，如何针对高校中医药专业的人才培养质量进行相对合理的综合评价，就成为了高等教育效果研究的重点。因此，本文通过对目前人才培养质量评价体系构建的内涵进行研究及其构建中存在的问题，探讨健康信息时代背景下应用型中医药专业人才培养质量评价体系的构成，希望能够在一定程度上为高等中医药专业人才培养提供借鉴作用。

Abstract: As a treasure of Chinese national culture and resources, TCM plays an increasingly important and prominent role in human health and medical treatment. As the most important talent export organization in the TCM industry, the quality of TCM talents in higher education is becoming more and more important. How to conduct a relatively reasonable comprehensive evaluation of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine has become the focus of higher education effect research. Therefore, this article studies the connotation of the current talent training quality evaluation system and the problems in its construction, and discusses the composition of the applied TCM professional talent training quality evaluation system under the background of the health information era to provide reference for the training of advanced Chinese medicine professionals.
