许昌市魏都区某社区居民慢性病患病情况及影响因素调查

Investigation of Chronic Diseases and Factors Affecting Residents of a Community in Weidu District, Xuchang City

摘要: 目的：了解许昌市魏都区某社区居民慢性病患病情况及影响因素。方法：采取随机整群抽样方法对许昌市魏都区某社区居住3年及以上的20岁居民4327人慢性病患病情况及相关影响因素进行调查。结果：此社区居民慢性病患病率为24.08%，患病率前5位的是高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、胃及十二指肠疾病、心脑血管疾病，随着年龄增长不管是总患病率及男女患病率均增加且有统计学意义(P = 0.03)，但在同一年龄组男女间患病率无统计学意义(P = 0.24)，职业及受教育程度不同慢性病患病率也不同且有统计学意义(P = 0.02)。结论：此社区居民慢性病患病率略高于全国平均水平，应采取综合措施，预防和控制慢性病的发生和发展，特别要加强针对高血压病的防治。

Abstract: Objective: Understanding the chronic disease sill and influencing factors of a community resident in Weidu District, Xuchang City. Method: A random group sampling method was used to investigate the chronic disease sitout sithoring of 4327 20-year-old residents living in a community of Weidu District of Xuchang City for 3 years or more and related influencing factors. Result: The prevalence of chronic diseases in this community was 24.08 percent, and the top 5 prevalence rates were hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, stomach and duodenal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, with age, both the overall prevalence and the prevalence of men and women increased and were statistically significant (P = 0.03), but the prevalence of the same age group of men and women was not statistically significant (P = 0.24), and the prevalence of chronic diseases with different occupational and educational levels was different and statistically significant (P = 0.02). Conclusion: The prevalence of chronic diseases in this community is slightly higher than the national average, and comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence and development of chronic diseases, especially to strengthen the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
