参加全国性教学比赛对日常教学工作的启示
The Enlightenment of Participating in National Teaching Competition to Daily Teaching Work
摘要:
近年来我系青年教师多次参加全国高校青年教师测绘类和地理信息类讲课比赛,取得了突出成绩,如何将参加全国性教学比赛的经验和收获运用到日常教学中,进一步提高教学质量,是值得思考和研究的一个课题。本文从参加全国讲课竞赛切身体会出发,分析了全国性教学比赛的特点及对策,探讨了参加全国性教学比赛对日常教学工作的三点启示,对提升青年教师的教学能力有一定借鉴意义。
Abstract:
In recent years, young teachers of our department have participated in National Surveying and Mapping and Geographic Information teaching competition for young teachers for many times, and achieved outstanding results. How to apply the experience and harvest of participating in the national teaching competition into daily teaching and further improve the teaching quality is a topic worth thinking about and studying. Based on the personal experience of participating in the national teaching competition, this paper analyzes the characteristics and countermeasures of the national teaching competition, probes into three inspirations of participating in the national teaching competition to the daily teaching work, and has certain reference significance for improving the teaching ability of young teachers.
