社会阶层、医保参与和健康水平——基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS) 2018年的实证分析
Social Strata, Health-Care Participation and Health—Empirical Analysis Based on Chinese Family Tracking Survey (CHARLS) 2018
摘要: 本文以中国家庭居民健康水平为单独研究对象，以社会阶层视角切入，利用2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS) 2018年得数据，运用Ordered Probit模型分析二者的交互作用，Rubost稳健性检验对两者之间的作用路径进行检验，分析收入、教育等社会阶层等因素对中国居民健康水平的影响，社会阶层、医保参与及其交互作用对中国居民健康水平的影响。本文发现社会阶层可以提高居民的健康水平，并且医疗保险参与也会作用于社会阶层对居民健康水平的影响，并有显著的正向作用。
Abstract: This paper takes the health level of Chinese family residents as a separate research object, from the perspective of social stratum, uses the 2018 Chinese family tracking survey (CFPS 2018) to obtain the data, uses the Ordered Probit model to analyze the interaction between the two. It is found that the social class can improve the health of the residents and medical insurance. Participation will also affect the health level of the residents, and has a significant positive effect.
