Process Construction and Optimization of International Pipeline EPC Project Based on Standardization System Construction

摘要: 标准化体系是现代企业管理的重要基础，建立完善的标准化管理体系，能够增强企业管理水平，使得企业能够在市场快速发展、不断变化的时代具有一定的竞争力。流程作为标准化的基础，同时也是企业运作的基础，企业的各项业务都需要流程来驱动。企业中的不同员工、不同部门、不同客户、不同供应商，都需要靠流程来协同运作。一套科学合理的流程体系，往往能助力企业规范管理，从中受益，最终发展壮大、脱颖而出。本文以国际管道EPC项目为背景，从分析流程的本质入手，系统分析基于目标和战略为导向的流程建设方法，并对如何进行流程优化进行了探讨。

Abstract: Standardization system is an important foundation of modern enterprise management. The establishment of a perfect standardized management system can enhance the level of enterprise management and enable enterprises to have certain competitiveness in the era of rapid market development and constant change. As the basis of standardization, process is also the basis of enterprise operation. All businesses of enterprise need process to drive. Different employees, different departments, different customers and different suppliers in an enterprise all need to work together by processes. A set of scientific and reasonable process system can often help enterprises standardize management, benefit from it, and finally grow and stand out. Based on the background of international pipeline EPC project, starting from the analysis of the nature of the process, this paper systematically analyzes the process construction method based on the goal and strategy, and discusses how to optimize the process.
