阴极自动测试系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Cathode Automatic Testing System
摘要: 本文介绍了阴极自动测试系统的设计与实现,阐述了系统的总体设计。考虑架构和软硬件模块之间的相互关系;然后详细介绍了测试系统的功能和实现方法,给出了相应的结果。最后说明了现有系统的不足之处,并对后续工作安排进行了规划。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the design and implementation of the cathode automatic test system, and expounds the overall design of the system. Consider the interrelationships between architecture and hardware and software modules; then the function and implementation method of the test system are introduced in detail and the corresponding results are given. Finally, the deficiency of the existing system is explained, and the follow-up work arrangement is planned.
