线性工程管理软件在油气长输管道工程管理中的应用
The Application of Linear Scheduling and Management Software in Long-Distance Pipeline Project

近年来,油气长输管道工程建设快速发展。随着我国管道建设公司走出国门,在国际管道工程建设过程中,越来越多的项目管理方法和管理软件通过项目实践得以应用。选择恰当的管理方法和工具是保证油气长输管道工程顺利进行的关键,能够降低项目成本,提高项目综合管理水平。线性工程管理软件在国际管道工程应用中已逐渐普及,但在我国管道建设领域应用较少。本文通过油气长输管道项目中常用的项目管理方法和项目管理软件进行对比,并对非洲某油气长输管道项目进行实例分析,对比线性工程管理软件在实际油气长输管道工程应用中的优缺点。
Abstract:
In recent years, the construction of long-distance pipeline projects has developed rapidly. As China’s pipeline construction companies go abroad, in the process of international pipeline construction, more and more project management methods and management software are applied through project practice. Choosing appropriate management methods and tools is the key to ensuring the smooth progress of the long-distance pipeline project, which can reduce project costs and improve the comprehensive management level of the project. Linear scheduling and management software has been gradually popularized in international pipeline engineering applications, but it is rarely used in China. This article compares the project management methods and project management software commonly used in long-distance pipeline projects, and analyzes an example of a long-distance pipeline project in Africa to compare the advantages and disadvantages of linear scheduling and management software in actual long-distance pipeline projects.
