山区大落差段管道水压试验经验谈
Discussion on the Experience of Water Pressure Test of Pipelines with Large Drop in Mountainous Areas

摘要: 中亚天然气管道C线工程经过哈萨克斯坦共和国江布尔洲,该区域地形地貌复杂,以浅丘、山区、沙漠和平原为主。管道沿线地形起伏大、陡坡险坡多、高程差大,是管道试压的关键段和难点段。根据中亚天然气管道C线工程山区大落差段管道试压的成功经验,结合哈萨克斯坦和国内规范要求,借鉴国内长输管道试压的方法和经验,介绍了大落差管道试压的介质选取、试压要求、区段划分、推水方案、补水量计算和试压过程。
Abstract: Gas pipeline C in Central Asia passes through the Zhambyl region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The topography of this area is complex, which is mainly composed of hills, mountainous, deserts and plains. The terrain along the pipeline is undulating, steep, dangerous, and different in elevation, so it is the crucial and difficult part of pipeline pressure test. Based on the successful experience of pipeline pressure test in the mountainous area of gas pipeline C in Central Asia, combined with Kazakhstan and domestic specification, and referring to methods and experiences of pressure test in domestic long-distance transmission pipeline, this paper introduces the medium selection of pressure test, pressure test requirements, pressure test area division, water pushing scheme, water replenishment calculation and pressure test process of large drop pipeline.
