浅谈国际工程项目索赔管理

摘要: 本文通过研究索赔的定义和特点，分析索赔产生的原因及分类，并对索赔的一般程序进行了介绍，对于索赔的工期延长和费用索赔等计算方法进行了介绍，并对工期索赔涉及到的任意工期和建设性赶工也进行了基本介绍，最后提出了索赔成功的几点基本原则和建议。
Abstract: In this paper we study the characteristics of claims in international projects, analyze the causes and classification of claims, summarize the general procedures of claims, introduce the calculation methods of extension of construction period and cost claims, and also introduce the arbitrary construction period and constructive acceleration involved in the claim for construction period, and finally put forward some basic principles and suggestions for successful claims.
