摘要: 定位为国家中心城市的重庆其发展战略离不开绿色物流的支撑。当前重庆发展绿色物流要加快现代化的物流设备和基础设施建设，建构统筹城乡发展的商业贸易流通体系，搭建产业链和物流链之间的无缝衔接并破除物流壁垒。同时重庆需要建立健全绿色物流法律法规体系，建成绿色物流评价和监控系统，建构绿色物流信息化、智慧化管理服务平台，发展绿色逆向物流和绿色运输和包装等。

Abstract: Positioning as a national central city, Chongqing’s development strategy can’t be separated from the support of green logistics. In order to develop the green logistics in Chongqing, it is necessary to speed up the construction of modern logistics equipment and infrastructure, construct the commercial trade circulation system of urban and rural development as a whole, build the seamless connection between the industrial chain and the logistics chain, and break down the logistics barriers. At the same time, Chongqing needs to establish and improve the legal and regulatory system of green logistics, establish a green logistics evaluation and monitoring system, build a green logistics information and intelligent management service platform, and develop green reverse logistics and green transport and packaging.
