Causes and Adverse Effects of Perinatal Depression: A Review

摘要: 随着医学不断发展和进步，现代医学模式更多的关注孕妇的心理保健，而且越来越受到人们的重视。围产期抑郁症病程比较长，产前抑郁使子宫收缩力受到影响，导致助产率和产后出血率显著增加，产后抑郁对母乳喂养影响较大，对婴儿的身心健康、智力发展、情感健康有着巨大的影响，甚至对婴儿思维和行为的发展产生巨大的负面影响。产后抑郁严重影响家庭关系和生活质量，本文对围产期抑郁病因及不良影响进展研究做如下综述。

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of medicine, the modern model of medicine paid more attention to the mental health care of pregnant women, and more and more attention was paid to it. The course of perinatal depression is relatively long, antenatal depression makes uterine contractility affected, leading to a significant increase in the rate of midwifery and postpartum haemorrhage, postpartum depression has a large effect on breastfeeding, has a huge impact on the physical and mental health, intellectual development, emotional health of infants, and even has a large negative effect on the development of infant thinking and behaviour. Postpartum depression seriously affects family relationships and quality of life, in this paper, the research on the etiology of peripartum depression and the progress of adverse effects is summarized as follows.
