海南大健康建设下农村居民医疗满意度的调研分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medical Satisfaction of Rural Residents under the Great Health Construction in Hainan Province

摘要: 目的：通过对海南农村居民对基层医疗服务的满意度调查，为改善海南农村医疗水平与优化海南自贸港建设中的健康海南版块提供参考依据。方法：课题组于2020年7月于海口市大林村通过问卷调查与走访相结合对大林村居民对基层医疗服务的满意度情况进行收集，对收集到的资料利用SPSS25.0予以进行统计学综合分析。结果：海南农村居民对基层医疗服务满意度一般，三类居民的数据均具有组间差异和统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：要想提高农村居民对基层医疗服务满意度，国家必须加大对基层医疗的经济投入和政策扶植，努力提升海南基层医疗水平。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the satisfaction degree of Hainan rural residents to primary health care service, and to provide reference for improving health care level in Hainan rural areas and optimizing Hainan free trade port construction. Methods: In July 2020, the research group collected the basic situation of primary medical care in Dalin village, Haikou City, by means of questionnaire survey and interview. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS25.0. Results: The satisfaction degree of Hainan rural residents to primary health care service was average, the data of three kinds of residents all had the difference and Statistical Significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: To improve the satisfaction degree of rural residents to primary health care service, the state must increase the economic input and policy support for primary-level medical care, and at the same time promote the new rural cooperative medical care system.
