医务社会工作的伦理困境及应对策略

The Ethical Dilemma of Medical Social Work and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 社会工作作为舶来品在中国本土化的过程中遇到许多伦理问题，当然医务社工也没有例外，也同样遭遇了许多伦理困境难题。医务社工是社会工作的重要分支之一，但是它又区别于一般的社会工作，因为工作环境和服务对象的特殊性，医务社工更容易遭遇理论困境难题。本文主要分析医务社工在实践过程中所遭遇的伦理困境问题及其应对策略，以此来推动医务社工更好的发展。

Abstract: As an imported product, social work has encountered many ethical problems in the process of localization in China. Of course, medical social workers are no exception, and they also encounter many ethical dilemmas. Medical social work is one of the important branches of social work, but it is different from general social work. Because of the particularity of the working environment and the target, medical social work is more likely to encounter theoretical dilemmas. This article mainly analyzes the ethical dilemmas encountered by medical social workers in the process of practice and their coping strategies, so as to promote the better development of medical social workers.
