摘要: 本研究旨在探索青少年自我同一性与网络成瘾的关系以及压力和逃避在两者之间的中介作用。使用问卷调查法收集421名青少年的有效数据,结果表明:自我同一性与逃避、网络成瘾存在显著负相关;压力和逃避在自我同一性与网络成瘾之间的中介效应显著,间接效应占总效应的51.43%。结论:自我同一性扩散是网络成瘾的风险因素,不但起直接影响作用,而且通过压力和逃避产生间接影响。
Abstract: The present study aims to explore the relationship between self-identity and Internet addiction in adolescents, and the mediating role of stress and avoidance between the two. A questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. The results showed that: self-identity is significantly ne-gatively correlated with escape and Internet addiction; stress and escape have significant mediating effects between self-identity and Internet addiction, and the indirect effects account for 51.43% of the total effect. Conclusion: Self-identity confusion is a risk factor for Internet addiction. It not only has a direct effect, but also has an indirect effect through stress and escape.
