独立学院教学运行管理人员工作现状及解决路径探究

Research on the Working Status and Solution Paths of Teaching Operation Management Staff in Independent Colleges

摘要: 教学运行管理是提升独立学院教学质量的重要组成部分，而管理人员则是教学运行管理有效性的根本保障。但是随着独立学院教育教学工作的快速发展，作为教学运行管理的实施者，教学运行管理人员的状况却不尽人意。本文就目前独立学院教学运行管理人员的现状进行深入分析，从加强运行管理人员的管理理念、培训学习、考核机制、管理信息化等方面探讨了解决措施。

Abstract: Teaching operation management is an important part to improve the quality of teaching, while the teaching management staff is the fundamental guarantee of teaching operation management effectiveness in independent colleges. But with the rapid development of independent college education and teaching work, as the implementers of teaching operation management, the status of teaching operation management staff is not satisfactory. The status of teaching operation management staff in independent colleges was deeply analyzed. The solutions were discussed from the aspects of the management concept, training and learning, evaluation mechanism, management informatization and other aspects of teaching operation management staff.
