渣钢铁使用降本实践

摘要: 湛江钢铁投产已经超过四年,在贯彻高效率低成本的理念下,坚持固废不出厂,最大化利用渣钢、渣铁、OG泥等二次资源。二次资源的使用不仅可以改善环境,更是降低成本、保持企业可持续发展的重要途径。渣钢渣铁由于具有较高的含铁量而作为二次资源的重要组成部分,在转炉低成本炼钢中发挥着重要的作用。本文研究的目标是通过回收利用渣钢铁来代替部分重废入炉,从而降低转炉钢铁料成本。
Abstract: In the implementation of the concept of high efficiency and low cost, adhere to the solid waste does not leave the factory, maximize the use of slag, steel, OG mud and other secondary resources. The use of secondary resources can not only improve the environment, but also is an important way to reduce costs and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises. Slag steel slag iron plays an important role in converter low cost steelmaking because of its high iron content as an important part of secondary resources. This paper analyzes recycled slag steel to replace some scrape into furnace, to reduce the cost of steel material.
