髓质海绵肾合并泌尿系统感染1例

摘要: 髓质海绵肾是一种少见的先天性疾病，患者多因泌尿系统结石及感染等相关并发症就诊。现报告我院1例因发热、食欲差就诊，经相关检验检查后诊断为髓质海绵肾合并泌尿系统感染的患儿，并结合国内外相关文献，初步讨论髓质海绵肾的发病机制、临床表现、诊断方法及治疗方式。
Abstract: As a rare congenital disease, most patients of Medullary Sponge Kidney (MSK) are treated because of complications such as kidney stones and urinary tract infection. This study reports that a child visited the hospital emergency room for fever and poor appetite, and was diagnosed as MSK complicated with urinary tract infection after examination. The pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods and treatment methods of MSK were preliminarily discussed combined with relevant literature at home and abroad.
