针灸治疗产后身痛的临床研究概述

Clinical Study Overview of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on Postpartum Pain of Body

摘要: 针灸疗法治疗产后身痛具有独特优势，近年来在临床中发挥了重要作用。笔者整理资料，将近十年针灸治疗产后身痛的临床应用作一综述，主要有毫针、火针、水针、圆利针、耳针等针刺疗法；艾条灸、铺灸、温针灸与其他灸法等艾灸疗法以及综合疗法等。并分析了针灸治疗产后身痛临床研究现存的一些问题，如此病分类标准不严、疗效标准不一，横向比较不够、治疗机制研究不足等，以便为学者更深研究和医者临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has unique advantages in treating postpartum pain of body and has played an important role in clinical practice in recent years. The author summarizes the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum pain of body in the past ten years. There are mainly filiform needle, fire-needle, hydro-acupuncture, round-sharp needle, ear needle and other acupuncture therapy and moxa stick moxibustion, spreading moxibustion, warm acupuncture and other moxibustion therapy and comprehensive therapy. This paper also analyzes some existing problems in the clinical study of acupuncture treatment on postpartum pain of body, such as the lack of strict classification standards, different therapeutic standards, insufficient horizontal comparison and insufficient research on the mechanism of treatment, so as to facilitate further research and clinical treatment of medical reference.
