中医外治法治疗肥胖2型糖尿病概况

Overview of the Treatment of Obesity Type 2 Diabetes with External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 近年来，随着肥胖2型糖尿病的患者越来越多，糖尿病药物的使用越发普及，减轻和防治胰岛素抵抗所致的代谢异常对提高疗效意义重大。应用西药还是中药治疗糖尿病皆有其局限性。西药副作用多，中药降血糖幅度小，中药口味差，服药苦、难，患者难以持续。中医外治法具有操作简便、疗效确切、副作用小等诸多优点，患者易于接受。通过查阅近5年的文献资料，笔者现将中医外治法治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的概况综述如下。

Abstract: In recent years, with the increasing number of patients with obesity type 2 diabetes, the use of diabetes drugs has become more and more popular. The reduction and prevention of metabolic abnormalities caused by insulin resistance are of great significance for improving the efficacy. The application of western medicine or Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes has its limitations. Western medicine has many side effects, Chinese medicine has a small blood sugar lowering range, and the taste of Chinese medicine is poor. It is bitter and difficult to take the Chinese medicine, and it is difficult for patients to continue. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages, such as simple operation, accurate curative effect and small side effect, which is easy to be accepted by patients. By referring to the literature of the last 5 years, the author summarizes the general situation of the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes by the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine as follows.
