高职扩招背景下非传统生源人才培养质量保障体系建设研究

Research on Quality Assurance System Development of Diversified Sources of College Student Cultivation under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion

摘要: 高职扩招政策的实施带来了高职生源结构的变化，传统单一模式的人才培养体系与高职扩招背景下的新形势不适应。构建人才培养质量保障体系是实现人才培养目标的主要途径，通过教育经费投入、分层教学管理、“双师型”教师队伍建设、教学标准建立、教学诊断与改进机制运行等途径建立高职扩招视域下非传统生源人才教育质量保障体系构建。

Abstract: The implementation of higher vocational enrollment expansion policy has brought about changes in the source structure of higher vocational students. The traditional single mode of talent training system is not suitable for the new situation under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion. Constructing the quality assurance system of talent cultivation is the main way to achieve the goal of higher vocational education. The construction of education quality assurance system for diversified sources of students from the perspective of higher vocational enrollment expansion is established by means of educational investment, hierarchical teaching management, construction of “double-qualified” teachers, establishment of teaching standards, and operation of teaching diagnosis and reform mechanism.
