基于SWOT分析法的疫情下冷链物流发展状况研究

Research on the Development Status of Cold Chain Logistics under the Epidemic Based on SWOT Analysis

摘要: 新冠疫情下，冷链物流的发展受到了一定程度的影响。本文主要基于SWOT分析方法，分析了冷链物流行业在疫情下发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。提出了应对冷链物流短板的发展对策，从而帮助其更好地应对疫情带来的行业变化。

Abstract: Under the new crown epidemic, the development of cold chain logistics has been affected. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this article mainly analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, oppor-tunities and threats of cold chain logistics development under the epidemic. We also put forward development countermeasures to deal with the shortcomings of cold chain logistics, so as to better respond to industry changes brought about by the epidemic.
