尿动力学检查在诊断女性膀胱出口梗阻中的研究进展

摘要: 女性膀胱出口梗阻(Female Bladder Outlet Obstruction, FBOO)是一类常见的女性下尿路疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。由于以往对该疾病认识不足及尚未有统一的诊断标准,使得FBOO患者的就诊率、确诊率偏低。近年来,随着尿动力学检查、膀胱尿道镜检、逼尿肌超声检查、影像尿动力学检查等逐渐用于诊断FBOO,越来越多的患者得到了及时诊治。其中尿动力学检查被认为是诊断男性膀胱出口梗阻的金标准,然而由于男女解剖结构差异,女性患者的诊断标准仍处于研究中,尚无一致定论。本文重点对尿动力学检查在诊断女性膀胱出口梗阻时的诊断标准进行综述,旨在为临床上诊断FBOO提供相对准确的依据。
Abstract: Female bladder outlet obstruction is a common disease of female lower urinary tract, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Due to the lack of previous understanding of this disease and the lack of unified diagnostic criteria, the rate of visit and diagnosis of FBOO patients is low. In recent years, with the gradual application of urodynamic examination, cystoscopy, detrusor ultrasonography, and video urodynamics in the diagnosis of FBOO, more and more patients have received timely diagnosis and treatment. Urodynamic is considered to be the gold standard for the diagnosis of bladder outlet obstruction in men. However, due to the anatomical differences between men and women, the diagnostic criteria for female patients are still under study and no consistent conclusion has been reached. This paper focuses on the review of the diagnostic criteria of urodynamic in the diagnosis of FBOO, aiming to provide a relatively accurate basis for the clinical diagnosis of FBOO.
