摘要: 实战化教学训练模式与方法是实战化训练体系的重要组成部分，是连接实战化训练主体和客体之间的桥梁和纽带，很大程度上决定着实战化训练的效果。本文主要从单专业训练、多专业协同训练、院校与部队联教联训等三个方面展开研究与探索。通过建立多专业联合教学训练、武器系统联调联试的教学训练模式，培养学员系统思维，探索出了一种能够充分发挥武器系统作战效能的联教联训教学训练模式，实现院校教学训练与部队训练需求的无缝衔接和深度融合，为深化装备实战化教学训练提供可行依据。

Abstract: Practical teaching and training modes and methods are an important part of the actual combat training system. They are the bridge and link between the subject and the object of actual combat training, which largely determine the effect of actual combat training. This article mainly conducts research and exploration from three aspects: single-professional training, multi-professional collaborative training, and joint training of academies and troops. Through the establishment of multi-professional joint teaching training, weapon system joint debugging and joint test teaching and training mode, the trainees system thinking is cultivated, and a joint teaching and joint training teaching training mode that can give full play to the combat effectiveness of the weapon system has been explored to realize the teaching and training of colleges. The seamless connection and indepth integration with the training needs of the troops provide a feasible basis for deepening the actual combat teaching and training of equipment.
