基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式羽毛球教学模式的构建与实践

摘要: 随着高等教育不断发展,传统教学模式下培养体育教育人才面临新的挑战。本次研究以羽毛球教学为例,尝试将OBE理念融入到体育教育专业羽毛球教学改革中,结合线上线下混合式教学模式,注重教学和学生学习成果,转变学生角色和引入多元考核方式,不断完善发展羽毛球教学创新,促进教学可持续改进,找出符合高校体育人才培养新途径,提升高校体育教育人才培养质量,为培养具有创新精神的应用型体育人才寻求新的突破。
Abstract: With the continuous development of higher education, the training of physical education talents under the traditional teaching mode is facing new challenges. Taking badminton teaching as an example, this study attempts to integrate the OBE concept into the teaching reform of badminton in physical education major. Combined with the online and offline mixed teaching mode, it pays attention to teaching and students’ learning achievements, changes students' roles and introduces multiple assessment methods, constantly improves and develops badminton teaching innovation, promotes the sustainable improvement of teaching, and finds out the new ideas that meet the re-quirements of college sports talent cultivation. In order to seek a new breakthrough in the cultiva-tion of applied sports talents with innovative spirit, we should improve the quality of college physical education personnel training through the following ways. The quality of physical education personnel training is to seek a new breakthrough for the cultivation of applied sports talents with innovative spirit.
