兵棋在军事理论课程翻转式教学中的应用

Application of Wargame in Flipped Teaching of Military Theory Course

摘要: 近年来，翻转式教学掀起了国内外教育改革的热潮，也为军事理论课程的教学提供了新的思路。本文提出了一种将兵棋引入军事理论课程教学的方法，并从教学理论、教学环境、教学对象和教学过程四方面分析了其合理性和可行性。重点结合自主对抗式的教学方法和预先准备、兵棋推演、复盘反思、总结提炼四步骤的深度互动教学过程，分析了教学设计。阐述了教学实践中的主要做法和经验教训，通过调查问卷和对比分析表明兵棋在激发学习积极性、培养自主学习、提高分析与解决问题能力以及知识获得感等方面均起到了重要作用。

Abstract: In recent years, the Flipped Classroom set off a wave of education reform at home and abroad, providing a new idea for the development of teaching military theory course. In this paper, a method is proposed which introduces wargame into the Flipped Classroom of military theory course. First, an analysis of this method’s rationality and feasibility is conducted from four aspects including teaching theory, teaching environment, teaching object and teaching process; then we discuss the teaching design of this method through combining the self confrontation teaching method and the deep interactive teaching process which consists of four steps: preparation in advance, wargame deduction, review and summary; At last, several experience of this method is concluded by questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis. The results indicate that wargame plays an important role in the Flipped Classroom of military theory course, which can stimulate learning enthusiasm, cultivate autonomous learning, improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems, and enhance the sense of knowledge acquisition.
