新能源车用减速器润滑系统仿真与优化验证
Lubrication System Simulation and Optimization Validation of New Energy Vehicle Reducer
摘要: 针对新能源汽车用三合一电驱动系统的减速器,对其齿轮、轴系、壳体等进行润滑系统的建模、仿真、优化和验证。结果表明,仿真手段可以有效模拟润滑油在减速器内部的流动情况,而优化后的润滑系统通过仿真与试验的结果对比,也验证了其设计是满足要求的。
Abstract:
Aiming at the reducer of the three-in-one electric drive system for new energy vehicles, the mod-eling, simulation, optimization and test verification of the gear, shafting, housing and other con-tinuous lubrication systems are carried out. The results show that the simulation method can ef-fectively simulate the flow of lubricating oil in the reducer, and the optimized lubrication system is verified to meet the requirements by comparing the simulation results with the test results.
