摘要: 本文简要介绍了歪头山铁矿马选车间选矿工艺以及目前尾矿排放存在的问题,分析了新型尾矿干堆工艺替代传统尾矿湿式直排尾矿库工艺的必要性与应用效果,结合DZ-80m2/4000型水平真空带式过滤机设备性能特点和应用实践,阐明了马耳岭选矿车间尾矿干堆工艺特点及其重要意义。
Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the little mountain iron ore beneficiation Maxuan workshop process and the current problems of tailings discharge, analyzes the new process alternatives to traditional dry stacked tailings wet in-line necessity and application effect of the tailings technology, combined with the DZ-80m2/4000 type horizontal vacuum belt filter equipment performance characteristics and application practice, illustrates the maerling ear dry stacked ridge ore dressing workshop process characteristics and the important significance.
